Six service lines — logistics, maintenance, training, program management, consulting, and safety & quality — delivered to the regulatory and contractual standards federal aviation programs require.
Contractor logistics support (CLS) for rotary-wing fleets, from parts and equipment management to consumption-rate analysis that keeps aircraft flying. We track usage trends and adjust orders before shortages affect flight schedules, across single-site and fleet-wide engagements. Staff are embedded at the customer’s installation, with procurement and reporting backed by a small team in Enterprise, Alabama.
FAA-licensed maintainers and functional check flight (FCF) pilots perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and return-to-service work on rotary-wing aircraft. Task orders that call for USAF Technical Order standards, including wash and corrosion-control programs, are staffed and executed to those requirements. Maintainers work on site under base-access and background-check requirements set by the installation.
Maintenance, pilot, and logistics instruction delivered by experienced aviation professionals, from the classroom to the flight line. Programs run from initial qualification through recurrent and mission-specific instruction for rotary-wing personnel. Instruction is built to the customer’s syllabus and evaluation standards, not a generic curriculum.
Program and project managers oversee scope, schedule, and budget across task orders, with the reporting and transparency federal customers require. Maintenance, logistics, and training functions are coordinated under a single point of accountability. Reporting cadence and format follow the customer’s contract, with corrective-action tracking built in.
Proposal support, aviation supply-chain analysis, and operations and maintenance planning from people who have run the programs they advise on. Engagements range from a single proposal review to ongoing operations consulting. Consultants also design flight and maintenance training programs for customers building out a new capability.
Safety assessment, auditing, and standardized reporting built into every task order, under quality systems registered to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100/AS9110. Safety management system (SMS) documentation and regulatory compliance reporting follow one process across every site and task order. Practices align with NIST SP 800-171 for programs with information-security requirements.
On a multi-function task order, one program manager coordinates the other five lines so the customer has a single point of contact.
Fort Novosel is our working example: maintenance, CLS, training, and safety and quality management run under one subcontract from M1 Support Services, LP, with program management coordinating all four.
