A syllabus written for another program teaches the wrong aircraft, the wrong procedures, and the wrong evaluation criteria. CS Vertical builds instruction to the customer’s own syllabus and evaluation standard, so training time produces qualification the unit can actually use.
Training is coordinated with our maintenance and logistics functions when a task order calls for integrated support, so instruction and field documentation follow the same technical standard.
Instructors are experienced aviation professionals with backgrounds in the discipline they teach — maintenance, flight, or logistics.
