Overview

A syllabus written for another program teaches the wrong aircraft, the wrong procedures, and the wrong evaluation criteria. CS Vertical builds instruction to the customer’s own syllabus and evaluation standard, so training time produces qualification the unit can actually use.

Training is coordinated with our maintenance and logistics functions when a task order calls for integrated support, so instruction and field documentation follow the same technical standard.

What we deliver

  • Initial qualification instruction through the customer’s own evaluation checkride or written standard
  • Recurrent and mission-specific refresher training tied to currency requirements
  • Classroom instruction paired with hands-on, on-aircraft training
  • Logistics and CLS process training for personnel new to a task order
  • Instructor cadre drawn from Army and industry aviation backgrounds [Client to confirm]

How we staff it

Instructors are experienced aviation professionals with backgrounds in the discipline they teach — maintenance, flight, or logistics. [Client to supply: instructor certification requirements, such as FAA Certified Flight Instructor or Army-standard qualification] Instruction is delivered on site, in the customer’s classroom and on the aircraft.

Typical task orders

  • Initial qualification training for maintenance technicians
  • Recurrent and mission-specific pilot training support
  • CLS and logistics process training for new personnel
  • Classroom instruction paired with on-aircraft, hands-on training
  • Training-record documentation to the customer’s syllabus and standards

What you get

Qualification and training records tracked against the customer’s syllabus, entry by entry. [Client to supply: specific training record-keeping system or LMS used]

  • ISO 9001:2015 registered quality management system
  • AS9100/AS9110 aerospace quality registration
