A safety finding is only useful if it looks the same on every task order and every site. CS Vertical builds hazard reporting, internal auditing, and corrective-action tracking into each task order under one registered quality system, not a separate line item bolted on afterward.
On task orders performed to USAF Technical Order standards, safety and quality reporting follows those same standards, in addition to each customer’s regulatory and contractual requirements.
Safety and quality staff work on site under the customer’s safety management system, reporting through the same channels as government safety personnel. Our quality system is registered to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100/AS9110, and staff are trained to those systems’ requirements. [Client to supply: specific safety certifications individual staff hold]
