Every maintenance action closes against a documented standard, not a mechanic’s judgment call. CS Vertical pairs FAA-licensed airframe and powerplant maintainers with functional check flight (FCF) pilots, so no aircraft returns to service without a verified sign-off.
On task orders that specify USAF Technical Order standards, including aircraft wash and corrosion-control programs, work is planned to those requirements from the outset, not retrofitted after inspection.
Maintainers hold FAA airframe and powerplant licenses before we place them on a task order, and FCF pilots hold the qualifications the program requires.
